CAR - CFLAT Alert Report
CFLAT manages the Early Warning/Intervention efforts of Oregon Tech. The CAR (CFLAT Alert Report) program is one of the main vehicles for identifying and intervening with students who are identified as in need of services and information regarding success. CFLAT engages faculty and staff in our efforts to help students succeed in many ways. The Early Warning Report is one of these ways. Faculty are asked to complete the report for students who are struggling with their courses. To submit a report, please use the link at right.
CAR - On the ROAD to Success!
The CAR (CFLAT Alert Report) provides pre-term, mid-term, and post-term student assessment. CFLAT partners with faculty and staff, advisors, the Registrar's Office, and Student Affairs to administer the plan and help students succeed.
CFLAT will provide and encourage on-going support, peer involvement, staff involvement, faculty involvement, and advisor involvement in the support of students who might struggle in meeting their academic goals.
