Application Process for MS Degree Students

Students wishing to enroll in the Graduate Program need to:

  1. Complete and fax an Masters Application and the Release of Information to the Oregon Tech-Boeing Program Office at 425-965-1514. Forms can also be mailed through Boeing inplant mail to the program office, mail code 60-AM. If the security clearance for your computer does not allow you to open the attachments, contact the Oregon Tech-Boeing Program at diane.tiefel@boeing.com, and the forms will be emailed to you.
  2. Submit additional graduate student supplement forms from the Admissions Office for students with international degrees.
  3. Enroll with the Learning Together Program at the Boeing Company, specifically choosing Oregon Tech-Seattle, Extended Studies at the school of choice, Manufacturing as the Major, and Masters as the Program
  4. Have all official academic transcripts of all university course work sent to:

  6. Have all university course work done outside the USA reviewed by an evaluation service.  There are several such services that are acceptable and Oregon Tech often recommends World Education Services (www.wes.org). A "course-by-course evaluation" or a '"detail report" is necessary. These evaluations are also sent to the Oregon Tech-Boeing Program Office.
  7. Provide proof of proficiency in the English language. Oregon Tech requires that international graduate students score at least 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language. This is equivalent to a 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) or 213 on the computer-based TOEFL. This requirement may be waived for some students whose primary language is English.
  8. Submit a photocopy of the I-20 form and passport if you are not a US citizen.
