Registration Process - OIT Seattle Students
Send all emails concerning the registration process, problems, and concerns to diane.tiefel@boeing.com.
- Student must meet all pre-requisites listed on the Class Status Report.
- Registration for a class where pre-requisites have not been met requires a waiver form, contact the office for forms.
- Obtain voucher from LTP or QTTP, or make arrangements with office for payment of charges incurred for term.
- Send email to office stating the location where you intend to attend of class(es), attach your LTP or QTTP voucher.
After registrations/vouchers are received:
- Students enrolled before Spring term 2010 will need to send the OIT Seattle office an email stating that the office may include their registration information in the class status report sent out to students and instructors.
- Registration is added to the class status report which is sent to all students and instructors. Please check to make sure that all information pertaining to you is correct.
- The office will automatically drop those registrations for classes not reaching GO status; however students will need to delete the registration from their Total Access page. Classes that are dropped before the term begins can be deleted (not dropped).
Students failing to update/correct their Total Access page and the OIT Class Status Report will be responsible for the resulting problems and/or fees that occur.
