Advising, Evaluation, & Graduation Audit Form
The Advising, Evaluation, and Graduation Audit form (AE&GA) is used by the Oregon Tech-Boeing Program Office to assist students in determining the classes needed for their degree program, what classes were transferred in from other colleges, and to track their progress through the program. Students receive a copy of the AE&GA form with their transfer classes listed when they begin their Oregon Tech career. The program office updates and maintains a copy of students' AE&GA form, and a copy is available upon request.
Students enrolled in the mechanical engineering technology program can find the listing of required classes in the center column of the Dual Degree AE&GA form.
When a student can take the remaining number of classes within four terms an updated AE&GA form is sent to the student along with a copy of the petition to graduate form. The student tentatively schedules the remaining classes and returns both forms to the program office.
All classes on the AE&GA form are required classes (unless otherwise noted) and must be taken regardless of the excess number of credits earned and/or transferred in.
Questions regarding the AE&GA form can be addressed to the Oregon Tech-Program Office.
