In 2007, in conjunction with the Learning Training and Development organization, the Oregon Tech Seattle program agreed to provide prior learning credit towards the composite certificate, as detailed in the following table:

Students may use a maximum of one of the listed LTD courses in place of one of the four required Oregon Tech courses. Students must successfully complete one of the LTD courses and the remaining three Oregon Tech composite courses in order to receive the Oregon Tech Certificate of Completion in Composite Engineering Technology.
