Concurrent Degrees in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology

Earn Concurrent Degrees

Students in either the manufacturing or mechanical engineering technology degree programs can earn concurrent degrees in both with the addition of an average of 14 additional classes. The Dual Degree Audit list all classes required for the manufacturing program in the left column, all classes for the mechanical program in the middle column, and equivalent transfer classes are listed in the right column. Many of the required classes will apply to both degrees.

The Oregon Tech-Boeing program provides the opportunity for interested students to earn concurrent degrees in Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MFG) and Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) by completing all classes listed on the Dual Degree AE&GA Form. Students who earn both degrees are highly sought after and have been very successful in industry. Students completing both degrees will normally have 14-15 additional classes to complete.
