Strategic Enrollment Management at OIT

Welcome to OIT's Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) web page. The attached OIT SEM Plan sets out university-wide goals, prioritized action items, indicators, and responsibility centers as a means to achieving our institutional performance indicators focused on enrollment. The six goal areas addressed in the plan are University Image, Recruitment of New Students, Affordability & Financial Aid, Student Success (Retention & Graduation), Service & Process Improvements, and Infrastructure (Technology & Facilities). An attachment to our performance indicators is provided from this page as well.

As with all planning documents, the SEM Plan will be continuously reviewed and updated by the SEM Team, with input from all university constituencies.
