Lita is the Director of the Oregon Tech Portland Campus. She is responsible for management and operations in Portland. Lita also leads the Office of Strategic Partnerships at Oregon Tech and represents Oregon Tech in Government Affairs. Lita is a member of the Oregon Tech Marketing Committee, Administrative Council, and President's Cabinet.
Lita came to Oregon tech after serving over four years as Governor Kulongoski’s Workforce Policy Advisor. Prior to working in Salem, she was an Economic Development Manager at the Portland Development Commission and has worked for over 30 years to expand career and technical workforce and education programs to address demands in the labor market.
Kathy runs the daily operations of the East Campus. She coordinates all student files for the Portland Area with Admissions and oversees recruitment and student management software and activities.
Kathy has worked at Oregon Tech since 1995. Her first seven years were at the main campus in Klamath Falls. Kathy worked in Extended Studies and helped coordinate Summer session, High School to College programs, Japanese Student Visitors Program, Distance Ed courses and the one time only Oregon Tech Cruise. Kathy had a short experience in the Admissions Office and later moved to the Provost's office for two years. She moved to the Oregon Tech Portland campus in 2003.
Anne assists students with registration, class scheduling, and accounts payable for Oregon Tech Portland.
Anne came to Oregon Tech in 1990 as an office specialist. Prior to that, she held positions in banking and human resources.
Dr. Michael Kirshner has over 30 years of health care and information systems experience. Michael founded and became president of Health Select, a health communications company that developed computer aided information and decision support systems. Michael was awarded a post-doctoral research fellowship at the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research, where he conducted and published health services and medical informatics research. Previously, Dr. Kirshner was the Assistant Director of Medical Informatics for Kaiser Permanente Northwest.
Dr. Kirshner holds a doctoral degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California, a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Washington, and a graduate certificate in Medical Informatics from Oregon Health and Science University.

Dr. Peter is a registered professional engineer (PE) in the States of Washington and Oregon and a registered European engineer (Eur Ing) in Europe. He has extensive consulting experience in the areas of mechanical and manufacturing engineering, metallurgy, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and HVAC. He also has considerable industrial experience, both in the United States and in the United Kingdom. His research areas include thermal fluid sciences, CFD, nuclear shielding, nuclear criticality, and thermal hydraulics. His recent employment includes the Department of Energy Site at Hanford in Washington State, at Tektronix in Oregon, and ASML Lithography at Wilton in Connecticut. Dr. Peter has taught classes at both public and private universities and at a community college.
Dr. Peter has a PhD in Material Science and Engineering, M.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering, M.Sc degree in Nuclear Reactor Science and B.S. (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Project Prize for 1979 in the United Kingdom. Dr. Peter has a US and International Patent in the semiconductor area.
Dr. Lawrence Wolf received his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and his DSc in Structural Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He maintains PE licenses in Oregon and Missouri and is a member of the ASME and of the SME. He is an elected fellow of the ASEE, ASME, and ABET. From the ASEE he has received the McGraw Award, a Centennial Award, and the Distinguished Service Award. He is a member of Sigma Xi, Pi Tau Sigma, Tau Alpha Pi, Epsilon Pi Tau, and the AAUP. In 2006 he was named a life member of the ASEE. In 2007 he was elected a life fellow of the ASME, and received an EngineeringVISION Award from Engineering.com.

Wolf currently serves on the Mechanical Engineering Body of Knowledge Study Committee of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He also serves on the Manufacturing Engineering Leadership Forum of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
