Current EERE Students

EERE Points of Contact

Your first point of contact in the department is your advisor. Your advisor is listed in your Web-for-Students. If you don’t have an advisor in your program assigned to you, let your program director know. All EERE faculty and program directors are listed in Meet the Faculty.

Who to contact if there is an issue in a class

Communication is key in addressing student concerns. These individuals in the following sequence will help to address your student concerns according to the Academic Grievance Procedure:

  1. Your Instructor
  2. Your Advisor (listed in Web-for-Student)
  3. Your Program Director (listed in Meet the Faculty)
  4. The EERE Department Chair (listed in Meet the Faculty)
  5. The ETM Dean

If two of these individuals are the same person, you can go to the next person in the sequence.
