Registration and New Student Orientation are designed to position incoming students for successful beginnings at Oregon Tech.

Fall 2018 Registration Dates

  • Thursday, May 31, 2018, 3pm – 6pm
  • Monday, July 9, 2018, 8:30am – 12pm (Honolulu, HI)
  • Friday, July 27, 2018, 10am – 2pm
  • Monday, August 27, 2018, 4pm – 7pm

We encourage all new and transfer students to attend a Registration event. This is your opportunity to register for classes, meet with a faculty advisor, get your student ID card, check in with Financial Aid, and get prepared for the start of your career at Oregon Tech!

Check-In begins 30 minutes prior to each program in the first floor lobby. Parking is free. Just park in a spot marked Oregon Tech. We look forward to seeing you there!

New Student Orientation

Friday, September 21, 1:00pm – 6:30pm

New Student Orientation is designed to help new students acclimate to Oregon Tech. You’ll have an opportunity to meet fellow students, learn about campus and community resources and feel ready for the start of a successful year. Students who come to orientation receive Oregon Tech gear, free meals, and the chance to win great prizes while learning all about the student experience at Oregon Tech!

Check-In will begin at 12:30 pm in the first floor lobby. Parking is free. Just park in a spot marked Oregon Tech. We look forward to seeing you there!

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORIENTATION

Friday, October 5, 2018, 3pm – 6pm, Room 106

We are excited to have you join the Oregon Tech student community. We are available to assist you with any questions that arise as you prepare to start your student experience with us.

In an effort to ensure a smooth transition, we are hosting a mandatory International Student Orientation intended to supplement the New Student Orientation for all new students. Please plan to attend both sessions.

You will have an opportunity to meet your fellow students, win Oregon Tech swag, eat dinner and learn about the following topics:

  • Maintaining your status
  • Employment Process (internships and on campus jobs)
  • Community resources
  • Travel outside the US for F1 students
