Integrated Student Health Center Building (in front of the Sustainable Village)
All students who are enrolled in 6 or more on-campus or on-site credits automatically pay a per term non-refundable Student Health fee. Payment of the Student Health fee makes students eligible for primary medical care, mental health/personal counseling, and health education services at no cost. Students taking less than 6 credit hours have the option of paying the health fee in order to receive services under most circumstances.
The ISHC provides care on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment call 541-885-1800.
Please call to reschedule your appointment if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late. Because we want to serve as many students as possible, students who arrive late or do not keep their appointments cause other students who could have been seen instead to miss that opportunity.
At the time of your first appointment, you will be asked to fill out a Consent to Treatment and Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notice of Privacy Practices. Arriving a few minutes early will assist in completing these forms.
If you have a scheduled Counseling appointment, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete additional paperwork.
