Dawn's office is the one stop shop for all things library at the Portland Metro campus. Want a book? I can do that. Need to research? I do that too. Classes on research, copyright, information literacy and more are also available. In addition I provide help to online learning students and faculty, and am the main contact for the library supported Open Educational Resources program.
I have published on a variety of subjects including leadership and followership, usability design, open educational resources, and regularly write book reviews. Prior to coming to Oregon Tech I worked in administration and public services at Florida State University Libraries, and in the reference department at Louisiana State University. I have a not so secret love of data and assessment.
