How long I have been working here and what path brought me to Oregon Tech

I joined Oregon Tech in August 2021. I have had a long and diverse career working in development for higher education and other non-profits that has taken me from Michigan to Colorado, and most recently to Hawaii. After six years on the island of Oahu, I missed the four seasons and proximity to family here in Oregon and decided to make the move back. The confluence of timing and opportunity jelled when I found this position at Oregon Tech.  It is an honor and a privilege to be able to bring my skills and experience to support such an amazing educational institution

What I am most passionate about professionally

I love inspiring leadership and donors to “dream big” and to go for the big vision and greatest impact.

Why I enjoy working in Advancement & Alumni Relations

I enjoy every aspect of working in advancement - from the writing and research, to being a part of a dynamic development team, to partnering with visionary leaders and accomplished faculty, to the joy of building relationships, and collaborating with diverse donors with broad interests, and to ultimately see the amazing impact that their gifts bring to Oregon Tech. It is challenging and fulfilling and never the same from day to day.
