Enrollment Management Process

Strategic Enrollment Management is an on-going, systemic institutional process that supports and enables the vision, mission, core values, strategic plans and priorities of the university.

The enrollment management process leads to and supports the development and implementation of an institutional enrollment management plan that is:
  • Aligned and prioritized in relation to institutional goals and objectives as well as available resources
  • Coordinated and communicated across the institution
  • Implemented successfully
Enrollment Goal: Identify, achieve, and maintain optimal enrollment (e.g., size, quality, and characteristics) while contributing to the financial well-being of the university

The Office of SEM includes the departments of Admissions, Financial Aid, Educational Partnerships and Outreach, and Retention. Collectively, these four departments align the services and support that cover the entire enrollment spectrum at Oregon Tech.
