As we're all aware, COVID-19 has resulted in many parks and gyms being closed. The "new normal" will be staying at home as much as possible to avoid public places and contact with too many people. Staying at home poses another challenge: staying active may require some new routines.  Staying active comes with added benefits of boosting the immune systems and assisting in calming.
