Application Process for MS Degree Students

Students wishing to enroll in the Graduate Program need to:

  1. Complete a Masters Application and the Release of Information Form and return both items including your $50 non-refundable application fee to the Oregon Tech-Boeing Program Office in Renton or to our Everett lab ( call program office to set up drop off time). Forms can also be mailed through Boeing in-plant mail to the program office, mail code 60-AM.

  2. Official transcripts from ALL colleges and universities attended must be submitted one month before the start of the quarter to meet admission deadlines.

  3. Submit additional graduate student supplement forms from the Admissions Office for students with international degrees.

  4. Enroll with the Learning Together Program at the Boeing Company, specifically choosing Oregon Tech-Seattle, Extended Studies at the school of choice, Manufacturing as the Major, and Masters as the Program

  5. Have all official academic transcripts of all university course work sent to:

                            Oregon Tech-Boeing
                            Attn: Marcus Harrell
                            800 N. 6th Street  MC 60-AM
                            Renton WA 98057
  6. Have all university course work done outside the USA reviewed by an evaluation service.  There are several such services that are acceptable and Oregon Tech often recommends World Education Services (www.wes.org). A "course-by-course evaluation" or a '"detail report" is necessary. These evaluations are also sent to the Oregon Tech-Boeing Program Office.

  7. Provide proof of proficiency in the English language. Oregon Tech requires that international graduate students score at least 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language. This is equivalent to a 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) or 213 on the computer-based TOEFL. This requirement may be waived for some students whose primary language is English.

  8. Submit a photocopy of the I-20 form and passport if you are not a US citizen.
Hands-on education for real-world achievement.
