The registration schedule is available online.  The date you are able to register depends upon how many credits your have earned.
  • Meet with both your ROCK specialist and faculty advisor.
  • Your ROCK specialist will discuss course selection based on your progress and plans and help prepare for the faculty advisor meeting.
  • Your faculty advisor will approve courses selected and issue the PIN
     which is required for online registration.
  • The ROCK specialist can also help you with the online registration registration process and help remove obstacles such as holds, etc.

On Web for Students select Student Schedule Planner and follow the prompts.  Add courses and generate schedules.  Review and select schedule that best suits your preferences – and add to shopping cart.  Then continue with check out.  Your are all done once you receive registration confirmation.

Yes! To keep up-to-date, the academic calendar is online and includes: term begins/ends, registration, withdraws, final exams, holidays, winter break, etc. for the entire academic year.

No.  Please visit the Cashier's Office in Snell Hall for more information and options. 

Yes, and don't let this stop you! You must complete a registration agreement at the Cashier’s Office.  This is then forwarded to the Registrar’s Office for clearance to register.  

You must register in-person with the Registrar's Office - not online.  This is required for every term you have an agreement in place.

To view your account balance, go to My OIT and click on Student Menu. Select  Student Records and then view information by "Detail by Term"
or "Summary by Term."  You can also stop by the Cashier's Office and they can answer any questions you have.

Yes, scholarships are available for newly admitted and returning Oregon Tech students. Stop by the Financial Aid Office or visit the Scholarships website for scholarship opportunities, tips and contact information.  Your ROCK specialist is also available to guide you through this process.
It is important to meet with your Financial Aid (FA) counselor.  They will explain your FA package, responsibilities and options, how your academic performance impacts aid and Oregon Tech policy. 

Information is also placed on Web for Students and sent via your Oregon Tech email, and students are encouraged to check these regularly.
