Paul Stewart has been President/CEO at Sky Lakes Medical Center since 1992. He oversees all aspects of a $300 million/year community hospital plus 10 satellite clinics; Family Medicine Residency program in partnership with OHSU; full service cancer treatment center; home health agency, Medicaid Fully Capitated Health Plan/CCO. Mr. Stewart joined the medical center in 1986 as director of clinical services. He is among the Becker's Hospital Review "300 Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know - 2013," and the only one from Oregon. He was named Oregon Business and Industries' 2017 Statesman of the Year in recognition of his extraordinary achievements for public service, consensus building and forging collaborative solutions to critical issues facing Oregon. Prior to Sky Lakes, he was Vice President of Operations for North Kansas City Hospital 1984-86; and Risk Manager at Bay Area Hospital from 1982-84.
Mr. Stewart serves on an assortment of local, state, and federal boards and committees and is a member of the President’s Advisory Board for Oregon Tech.
