Powin Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Powin Corporation (OTC QB: PWON), announced today it has entered a strategic partnership with the Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) to provide battery testing equipment to Oregon Tech’s Wilsonville Campus, for use by students and faculty of the Renewable Energy Engineering program.

Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) students will join their professor, Dr. Slobodan Petrovic, in Tanzania, where they will install solar energy systems for schools and hospitals.
