Registration for LEGO Beginner Session 1 (June 20-24) will close June 13, 2016.

LEGO Beginner (2 sessions)

Dates: June 20 - 24, 2016
Times: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day
Location: Oregon Tech, Owens Hall, Klamath Falls Campus
Ages: 8 – 12 years (minimum age is 8; no previous experience)

Dates: July 11 - 15, 2016
Times: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day
Location: Oregon Tech, Owens Hall, Klamath Falls Campus
Ages: 8 – 12 years (minimum age is 8; no previous experience)

With our large collection of LEGOs, our students build simple to complicated structures, vehicles and objects. The experience is fun and exciting and they learn lifelong skills and make new friends! While building, they learn the fundamental principles of engineering, enhance personal creativity, learn to collaborate with other students and create without fear of mistakes. Each day students build upon the skills they learned the previous day, preparing them for the next level of LEGO class (Intermediate).


LEGO Intermediate (2 sessions)

Dates: June 27 – July 1, 2016
Times: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day
Location: Oregon Tech, Owens Hall, Klamath Falls Campus
Ages: 8 - 12 years (minimum age is 8; and previous experience required)

Dates: July 18 – July 22, 2016
Times: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day
Location: Oregon Tech, Owens Hall, Klamath Falls Campus
Ages: 8 - 12 years (minimum age is 8; and previous experience required)

With our large collection of LEGOs and brand new infrared remotes and additional motors, students apply the concepts and principles learned in the beginner camp to complete new projects (steerable vehicles, LEGO walkers and sumo bots). The experience is fun and exciting and they learn lifelong skills and make new friends! Each day students build upon the skills they learned the previous day, preparing them for the next level of LEGO class (Robotics).


LEGO Robotics

Dates: July 25 - 29, 2016
Times: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day
Location: Oregon Tech, Boivin Hall, Klamath Falls Campus
Ages: 10 - 14 years (minimum age is 10; previous experience required)

The Robotics experience is exciting and challenging. Students will learn lifelong skills and make new friends! Hands-on learning and challenges will introduce students to programming, physics and scientific principles. Students will work in teams and at the completion of the Robotics camp, will have built their own automated LEGO project.

Camp Schedule and Lunch: Each of the LEGO camps is a half day camp from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. Subway lunch (sandwich, apple slices, chips & water) is provided Monday - Thursday, Pizza lunch (pizza, apples or carrots & water) will be provided on Friday. If your child has any dietary restrictions please contact Grace Rusth after registering.

*Campers must meet age requirements on or before the first day of camp. No exceptions to age limits.


Camp Tuition:

  • Any one LEGO camp: $155 per camper
    (additional camper from the same family $130)
  • Any two LEGO camps: $275 per camper
    (additional camper from the same family $250)
  • Any three LEGO camps: $395 per camper
    (additional camper from the same family $370)

*Please note tuition includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee due at the time of application. Please contact LEGO Camps for any camper wishing to register for four or more camps.

Camper Code of Conduct:

Both you and your parent/guardian must sign this document indicating that you have read and understand the camp rules. Please return to the Coordinator by the first day of camp.
