Tech Opportunities ProgramStart at the TOP; Stay at the TOP The Tech Opportunities Program (TOP) provides academic and personal support to OIT students who are low income, first generation, or students with disabilities. Students must also have academic need be enrolled in a bachelor's degree granting program at the Klamath Falls campus. TOP services include tutoring, mentoring, networking with other students, college success classes, academic advising, and limited financial assistance. If you feel you might qualify, you owe it to yourself to check out TOP and get on the right track to college success.
