The OIT-Boeing Program provides Boeing employees with an opportunity to obtain a BS Degree in Manufacturing, an MS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, and a Certificate of Completion in Composites Engineering Technology.  The bachelor degree program is ABET accredited.

• Classes at Boeing sites in Everett and Renton

• A flexible transfer policy, minimum residency requirements, and credit for prior learning

• Classes that meet one day a week -- except for Math

• An onsite program office with advising staff available to meet and work with students

• Engineering classes taught by working engineers with industrial experience

• Tuition and textbook assistance provided through The Learning Together Program

• Occasional weekend lab classes at community colleges with OIT instructors
