Transfer Student Scholarship

Scholarships specific to students transferring from a community college to a four-year college or university.

Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship
Due Date: Varies by campus
Scholarship Amount: Varies
Eligibility: Outstanding community college students who demonstrate financial need, will to succeed and breadth of interest and activities. Applicants should demonstrate achievement and academic ability, desire to engage in and contribute to the world, self-confidence, and resilience.

Graduate Student Scholarship

2014-15

Interior Deluxe Scholarship
Due Date:
April 15, 2015
Scholarship Amount: $1,500
Eligibility: open to students of all majors in all countries who are 16 years of age or older.  All are encouraged to apply for our scholarship - including High school students, undergraduate students, master degree students, and adult learners.

Scholarship Amount:$1,500

2015-16

Goedeker’s College Scholarship
Due Date:
July 31, 2014
Scholarship Amount: $500, plus two honorable mentions at $100
Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled at an accredited college for the spring 2015 semester or registered for the fall 2015 semester. A 300-word essay is required.

2015/16

Sky Lakes Cancer Advisory Committee
Due Date:
March 20, 2015
Scholarship Amount: Up to $1,000
Eligibility: Available to any graduate of a Klamath County or Klamath Basin high school who has completed a four-year course in any public or private school within the County of Basin or who has been an employee of Sky Lakes Medical center for a minimum of 3 years. Award is restricted to students enrolled in a health occupation program at Oregon Tech, OHSU, or Klamath Community College.

Klamath Falls Elks Nurses’ Education Fund at Sky Lakes Medical Center Scholarship
Due Date: March 20, 2015
Scholarship Amount: Varies
Eligibility: This scholarship is restricted to nursing education in an amount not to exceed the tuition assessed by Oregon State System of Higher Education Institutions. Priority is given to nursing students attending OHSU School of Nursing at OIT and to graduates of a Klamath County or Klamath Basin high school in any school, public or private, within the County or Basin. Students attending another accredited school of nursing in the State of Oregon may apply. The awarding committee will consider only applicants with a cumulative G.P.A. of at least 2.00 or equivalent.

Joann Burns Memorial Scholarship
Due Date: March 20, 2015
Scholarship Amount: Varies
Eligibility: Any student accepted into or enrolled in a full-time program leading to a career in Health and/or Science field. Priority is given to individuals who have lost a family member to cancer, attended a Klamath Basin high school and have been active in community service. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.

Scholarship Amount: Up to $1,000
Eligibility: Current Oregon Tech full-time female student who is 25 years of age or older.

The Company Corporation’s Quarterly Business Plan Contest

Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Eligibility: The scholarship will be awarded to the contestant who submits the most thought-provoking and well-reasoned business plan executive summary.

AAG College Scholarship

Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Eligibility: Must be graduating high school or in college and between the ages of 16 and 22. An 800 word or less essay is required.

Progressive Automation’s Annual Scholarship Program

Scholarship Amount: $1,000

The Drive to Learn Scholarship

Scholarship Amount:$1,000
