Transfer Student Scholarship

Scholarships specific to students transferring from a community college to a four-year college or university.

Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship

Scholarship Amount: Varies
Eligibility: Outstanding community college students who demonstrate financial need, will to succeed and breadth of interest and activities. Applicants should demonstrate achievement and academic ability, desire to engage in and contribute to the world, self-confidence, and resilience.

2020-21

Seneca Scholarship

Due Date: March 1, 2020
Scholarship Amount: $10,000
Eligibility: Applicants must be either attending an Oregon institution of continuing education, or they must be an Oregon resident who is attending any institution of continuing education. Awardees of the Seneca Scholarships will be chosen solely based on what is judged to be the most outstanding essay that best answers the forest management essay question. Essays will be 5-10 pages in length.

CustomerServ Scholarship
Due Date: March 1, 2020
Scholarship Amount: $7,500
Eligibility: All applicants must be enrolled, or due to be enrolled, as a full-time student at an accredited US college or university with a minimum 3.0 GPA. A 500 word essay and 60 second video is required.

Sleepopolis Scholarship
Due Date: March 31, 2020
Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Eligibility: Current high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the United States OR current college students already studying at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution. Must be a US citizen with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Due Date: April 15, 2020
Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Eligibility: All applicants must be enrolled, or due to be enrolled, as a full-time student at an accredited US college or university for the term they are applying to receive the scholarship. A 2,000-word essay is required.
