“It is a tremendous honor to return to Oregon Tech, my alma mater. I am looking forward to strengthening existing programs, while using my own skill set to find new pathways of building a bond between Oregon Tech, its alumni, and the Klamath Basin community,” said Kacie, who graduated from Oregon Tech with a bachelor of science degree in Applied Psychology.
Ms. Flagor transitioned to Oregon Tech from The Ross Ragland Theater, where she served as Patron and Donor Services Manager under the leadership of Cari Lewis McMahon and later as Director of Marketing & Fund Development, with Mark McCrary. In that capacity, she was the liaison between the theater, patrons, board members, and the community. Kacie worked on various projects and events, including improving patron relations and experiences. She also managed the Ragland’s very active board’s fund development. She gained a deep-seeded passion for the arts and ensured that the organization maintained a high level of visibility within all aspects of the community.
“I look forward to getting to know Oregon Tech Foundation board as well as I did the one at the Ross Ragland. Because Klamath Falls is a small town there is a cross over between the theater patrons, season ticket holders at Danny Miles Court and those who contribute to the university. We share a donor base and a mutual love of all things Klamath Falls. There are many relationships I take along with me to this new endeavor and I am eager to begin making a difference to the students, future students and legacy of Oregon Tech,” said Kacie.
Kacie is an active member of the Klamath Falls community and has spent the past 25 years here. She is the proud mother of three grown children, Alyssa, Lynny, and Buddy Flagor.
