Applied Mathematics with concentration in Computational Mathematics
The Applied Mathematics major with a Computational Mathematics concentration equips students to solve complex real-world problems through programming and data analysis. In addition to core math requirements, you will build strong software foundations with C++ programming, object-oriented design, Linear Algebra II, and statistical methods, plus select 12 elective credits in topics like data science, machine learning, or software quality.
