A Little Bit About Me
I was born in the small town of Dufur, Oregon and moved to Bend when I was 11 years old. Basketball has been a huge part of my life as I come from 3 generations of college basketball players. I don’t know what I would do with myself if I didn’t have basketball. I also have a huge interest in learning which will be helpful on my track to being a doctor.
Why I Chose Oregon Tech and My Major
I chose Oregon Tech because of the opportunity to play basketball as well as going with my pre-med track. Both my parents also went here, and my dad also played basketball here for Coach Miles.
My Influential Professors
My two most influential professors this year were Professor Gandhi, and Professor Fogerty.
My Greatest Learning Experience At Oregon Tech
My greatest learning experience has to be teamwork and accountability, while balancing school and being on the basketball team. I have to show up each and every day. I don’t want to let my team down and I don’t want to let the opportunity of getting a better education go to waste.
My Plans After Graduation
I plan to go to medical school and become a pediatrician.
