Dr. Arnel Fajardo, of Beaverton, is a technology and advanced materials professional who serves as Senior Director of Technology for ATI Specialty Alloys & Components. He leads innovation work tied to advanced alloys, zirconium chemistry, and defense-related materials, and previously held leadership roles in business development and research and development at ATI as well as in semiconductor manufacturing at Intel.
Fajardo earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Florida State University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. He also serves on the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Committee and the Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center Research and Development Board of Governors.
