Through our dual enrollment program, our students can take classes at any of six public community colleges while they earn their degree from Oregon Tech: Chemeketa, Clackamas, Klamath, Linn-Benton, Mt. Hood, or Portland Community College. Dual Enrollment is a unique approach to getting your degree that starts with one simple application process, and helps students with affordability and acclimating to a university environment.
Dual Enrollment programs also include:

Chemeketa Community College
Chemeketa Community College, located in Salem, Oregon and several other sites, offers a unique educational experience for all students. Oregon Tech and Chemeketa have built a partnership to focus on transfer options for students. Through Chemeketa's abundant course offerings, students interested in an Oregon Tech program can start by taking classes at Chemeketa and finish at Oregon Tech.
Oregon Tech also offers a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene on Chemeketa's Salem campus beginning. Applications for Fall enrollment are always due in the prior Spring Term. Clackamas Community College
Start your bachelor’s degree at Clackamas Community College and finish with Oregon Institute of Technology. The Oregon Tech/CCC dual enrollment program provides students with the opportunity to complete one application process for enrollment at both CCC and Oregon Tech.
Many dually enrolled students enroll concurrently at each institution to fulfill their educational goals and needs, and students can access various services – such as financial aid and counseling – at both institutions. Clackamas Community College has three full service campuses located in: Oregon City, at the Harmony Community Campus in North Clackamas, and the Wilsonville Campus, just minutes from Oregon Tech’s Portland-Metro campus. Clackamas and Oregon Tech have degree programs that maximize credit transfer for students.
Klamath Community College
Located in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Klamath Community College (KCC) offers quality learning opportunities that enhance growth and development for the individuals, businesses and organizations within our greater community. KCC is located minutes from Oregon Tech's main campus in Klamath Falls, enabling students to begin a bachelor's degree at Oregon Tech while taking classes at KCC.
Linn-Benton Community College
Located in Albany, Oregon, Linn-Benton Community College (LBCC) has more than 70 associate degree and certificate programs. These programs include business, health care, sciences, communication arts, and a variety of industrial technology programs.
Oregon Tech and Linn-Benton Community College have complementary degree programs to optimize credit transfer for students who plan to attend Oregon Tech. Operations Management and Manufacturing Engineering Technology are two such programs.
Mt. Hood Community College
Mt. Hood Community College, located in Gresham, Oregon, offers over 60 professional and technical programs. Oregon Tech and MHCC have many degree programs that align, providing optimal credit transfer for students.
In particular, MHCC students have great transfer options to Oregon Tech's Health Informatics and Operations Management programs in the Portland area. Students can begin their educational journey at MHCC and finish at Oregon Tech’s Portland-Metro campus, easily accessible from I-5 and I-205.
Portland Community College
Portland Community College offers a variety of degree programs for new, continuing or returning student or professional to meet their education and career goals. Through small class sizes, individualized advising, and quality instructors, PCC delivers affordable education to Oregon residents.
Oregon Tech and PCC have a variety of degree programming that matches with Oregon Tech degrees. These degrees include: Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering,Operations Management, and BAS Technology & Management.
*Please note: starting Spring 2013 all PCC/OIT dual students will need to fill out a paper financial aid consortia if receiving financial aid from Oregon Tech. You can locate the FA consortium by following the link below.
