Public Meetings
The Oregon Tech Board of Trustees holds a minimum of four public meetings a year, and as often as required to govern the university effectively. Board Committees may meet between the regularly scheduled meetings. Board meetings are generally held at the Klamath Falls campus and the Portland-Metro Campus (in Wilsonville).

Public Attendance
The public is welcome to attend regularly scheduled board meetings and workshops. Meetings will be live-streamed and recorded. For detailed information on meeting locations and times, please refer to the specific Agenda.
Public Comment
If you would like to speak at a regularly scheduled board meeting under the Public Comment portion, you can fill out the Public Comment Sign-In Sheet and submit it via email to Ken.Fincher@oit.edu at least 24 hours prior to the meeting or bring a hard-copy with you and submit it to the Board Secretary at the meeting.
